TL;DR
GTM Engineer (AI) (Salesforce/Python/LLM): Building and operating production-grade GTM automations, AI-powered workflows, integrations, and data pipelines with an accent on CRM reliability, process automation, and connected business systems. Focus on designing LLM-based solutions, extending Salesforce, integrating REST APIs and webhooks, and troubleshooting maintainable workflows across the go-to-market funnel.
Location: Hybrid role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Gush Dan, Israel

What you will do
- Design, build, maintain, monitor, and optimize production-grade GTM workflows and automations.
- Develop and deploy LLM-based workflows, reusable prompt libraries, and AI agents within business systems.
- Build integrations and data pipelines across CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, support, and internal systems.
- Configure and extend Salesforce, including data models, objects, validation, automation, and integrations.
- Write and maintain Python or JavaScript scripts and small services for business process logic.
- Document workflows, enable users, support adoption, evaluate tools, and improve processes based on ROI and maintainability.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Business Systems, RevOps Systems, Data/Systems Engineering, or a similar hands-on technical role.
- Deep understanding of GTM processes, lead lifecycles, funnel stages, routing, territory logic, pipeline, and forecasting.
- Experience building and deploying end-to-end workflows and automations in business environments.
- Hands-on experience with Workato, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation and orchestration platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce, REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, data flows, Python, and/or JavaScript.
- Experience with LLM tools and workflow engineering, plus strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, enrichment tools, or data providers.
- Experience building multi-step AI agents or working with agent frameworks.
- Experience with BI or reporting tools for GTM data.
