What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of AI researchers, defining strategic vision, roadmaps, and data science methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to align research initiatives with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain deep learning and NLP solutions for sensitive data classification.
• Architect production-grade agentic workflows and establish rigorous evaluation pipelines for accuracy and latency.
• Manage the end-to-end research lifecycle from problem framing to deployment and monitoring.
• Foster a culture of innovation within a full-stack AI group including research engineering and data operations.

Requirements

• BSc in computer science, math, physics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as an AI Researcher, NLP Researcher, or Applied Scientist.
• Proven track record of leading or managing high-performing AI research or data science teams.
• Solid grounding in core machine and deep learning concepts, data challenges, and evaluation techniques.
• Demonstrated expertise in LLM application including prompt engineering, SFT, PEFT/LoRA, RAG, and production deployment.
• Ability to manage team performance and project delivery in an agile environment.
