Field Service Manager (Gaming)

What you will do

• Manage customer expectations, relationships, meetings, feedback, and service concerns.
• Coordinate service contracts, resolve delivery issues, and ensure all SLAs are met.
• Lead, mentor, roster, train, and support Field Service personnel.
• Conduct venue, vehicle, and tool audits while ensuring compliance with WH&S requirements.
• Monitor performance dashboards, analyze data, and produce operational reports.
• Manage fault resolution, parts inventory, overtime, contract revenue, and P&L activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing a team and leading service delivery.
• Strong customer orientation and cross-functional relationship management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of P&L requirements.
• Ability to analyze data and produce insightful reports.
• Ability to guide others by example.
