Senior QA Engineer (Internal AI Products) (AI/QA Automation): Ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of internal AI assistants, knowledge search, content generation tools, and automated workflows with an accent on AI output evaluation, API and integration testing, and secure handling of confidential data. Focus on building automated functional and AI evaluation tests, validating safeguards and access controls, and assessing performance, failure recovery, and release readiness.

What you will do
- Define test strategies, test plans, coverage priorities, and release criteria for internal AI products.
- Test end-to-end workflows across web, cloud, and desktop applications, including APIs, integrations, permissions, and failure recovery.
- Build evaluation datasets and assess AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, completeness, consistency, and task success.
- Develop automated functional, API, regression, and AI evaluation tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Validate security safeguards, data protection, response times, concurrency, service limits, retries, fallbacks, and error handling.
- Coordinate pilot and user acceptance testing, investigate defects with engineers, report quality risks, and mentor junior QA engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of QA experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Strong experience testing cloud applications, APIs, software integrations, authentication, and role-based access control.
- Hands-on experience testing AI-enabled applications and evaluating variable outputs from large language models.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, pytest, or Jest.
- Experience with CI/CD automation, Git, analytical troubleshooting, cross-team quality ownership, and mentoring QA colleagues.
Nice to have
- Experience evaluating AI search grounded in company documents, AI agents, or generated text, images, and code.
- Familiarity with AI evaluation tools, performance testing, production monitoring, and secure internal test-data handling.
- Experience supporting enterprise tools or workflows in game development, game art, or production.
