TL;DR
Senior Quality Engineering (QA Automation): Developing and delivering lending solutions for small and medium-sized businesses with an accent on shift-left testing, automated web, mobile, and API testing, and CI/CD integration. Focus on designing test plans, building automated regression coverage, defining acceptance criteria, and improving quality practices across cross-functional Agile teams.

What you will do
- Implement shift-left testing and prioritize automation throughout development.
- Develop automated web, mobile, and API tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Create test plans, execute test cases, and prepare test summary reports for new features.
- Review solution documentation and support issue analysis, testing, and resolution.
- Help define user story acceptance criteria and promote quality-first practices within the team.
- Coach developers and provide training to improve feature testability and testing skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software testing experience, including at least 2 years of automation experience.
- Experience with web or mobile automation and API testing, including test levels, static testing, and dynamic testing.
- Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and Java, Cypress with JavaScript or TypeScript, and mobile automation frameworks.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, QTest, JIRA, Confluence, Postman, PACT, SoapUI, REST Assured, TestNG, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required, along with the ability to work independently in a cross-functional Agile team.
Nice to have
- Experience developing and improving automation frameworks and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Experience coaching developers on testability and quality practices.
- Banking or finance industry experience.
