Casualty Intern

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil; hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

What you will do

• Support the Casualty Underwriting team with technology-driven solutions, controls, and data-based decision-making.
• Develop and maintain portfolio performance dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
• Assist with underwriting controls, operational processes, and automation of recurring routines and data workflows.
• Explore and help implement AI tools and AI agents for process optimization, analysis, and reporting.
• Support system testing, tool validation, and data quality assurance for the Casualty business.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, with expected graduation in 2027 or 2028.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Interest in data analysis, dashboard development, and process automation.
• Knowledge of Excel and/or Power BI.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week in a hybrid model with 3 office days and 2 remote days.
• English proficiency is required.

• Familiarity with or interest in AI tools, automation, or AI agents.
