Demand & Orders Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Piracicaba, São Paulo, Brazil; on-site five days a week

What you will do

• Supervise and control new sales orders, identify key requirements, and communicate downstream actions.
• Audit customer order-change requests from material, production planning, technical, and logistics perspectives.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, Manufacturing, and other departments on customer priorities.
• Develop analytical solutions, performance dashboards, and data-driven recommendations for S&OP, forecasting, inventory, and strategic planning.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, cost-effective supply chains, and improved inventory utilization.
• Build partnerships and implement integrated digital solutions using modern analytics and automation tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency required; advanced English is an advantage.
• Strong experience with data analysis, reporting, business intelligence tools, and large datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Experience developing process automation and digital solutions with Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Automate, Copilot, and AI tools.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or Planning.

Nice to have

• Experience in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or Integrated Business Planning.
• Knowledge of or interaction with an Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence.
• Background in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence.
