Location: Based out of the Adelaide office, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia; flexible work arrangements including work from home are available. Interstate candidates looking to move to Adelaide may be considered.

What you will do

• Develop and implement a strategy for a diverse, resilient, and growing transport infrastructure business, with a primary focus on road and rail.
• Identify opportunities, lead work-winning activities, and position hirify.global in line with strategic objectives.
• Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships while developing new connections.
• Work with operations to ensure project delivery and commercial milestones meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Own overall business performance, including P&L management, and lead the growth of the South Australian transport business.

Requirements

• Background in civil engineering with the ability to provide technical advice and understand customer needs.
• Experience working in a consulting environment is highly desirable.
• Strategic, client-facing approach with a strong understanding of successful business drivers.
• Authentic, collaborative leadership style with strong people and influencing skills.
• Commercial understanding and the ability to innovate, challenge established approaches, and take ownership of business performance.
• In-depth knowledge of the South Australian market is preferred; interstate candidates willing to move to Adelaide may also be considered.
