is building its DashPass subscription business across international markets, including Australia and New Zealand.
What you will do
- Develop strategies for improving on-demand delivery and growing the DashPass subscription business.
- Use data to test affordability programs, pricing initiatives, and other business opportunities.
- Build products and launch plans from the ground up.
- Analyze the operational and financial impact of decisions and iterate based on insights.
- Collaborate with Consumer, Merchant, Product, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Legal teams.
- Implement plans to launch and scale new opportunities across international markets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth, or a related field.
- Experience working as both a generalist and specialist, developing overarching strategies and solving detailed operational problems.
- Analytics experience with SQL, financial models, and performance tracking.
- Ability to structure and organize cross-functional work across product, technology, marketing, finance, and legal teams.
- BA or BS degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
