Design Manager - Water Infrastructure

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of multidisciplinary water infrastructure projects and programs, covering both design management and project management functions.
• Direct early-stage detailed design development across engineering, environmental, safety, and sustainability disciplines.
• Coordinate discipline leads and integrate project services across design-only and design-and-construct delivery models.
• Forecast time, cost, quality, and risk outcomes and make evidence-based project decisions.
• Lead, support, and develop project teams while collaborating with clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage project delivery, proposals, marketing strategies, quality requirements, and compliance with hirify.global's integrated management system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, such as Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Proven experience managing water infrastructure projects and programs, including multidisciplinary projects with significant process and mechanical components.
• Extensive capability in project or design management, including cost, schedule, risk, change, quality, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with collaborative delivery models, regulatory approvals, engineering codes, and QA/QC.
• Strong written and verbal communication, team leadership, coordination, and people-development skills.
• AutoCAD proficiency and the ability to evaluate, select, and apply engineering techniques.
