ANT1 Trainee, Development Services - Purification (Biologics)

Location: SG - Tuas, Singapore; fully site-based at the Science Park Facility

What you will do

• Perform hands-on laboratory work for small-scale downstream purification of biologics, primarily antibodies, following protocols and GMP standards.
• Set up and operate column and membrane chromatography using AKTA systems, as well as ultrafiltration and dead-end filtration systems.
• Generate scientific data from experimental work for customer projects and maintain high-quality process knowledge datasets.
• Record and review raw data suitable for inspection by regulatory agencies.
• Prepare written reports and contribute to teleconferences and face-to-face meetings with internal and external customers.
• Coordinate multiple project workstages and facilitate communication across Singapore departments and the global hirify.global network.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant science field or equivalent.
• Understanding of mammalian cell culture for biopharmaceutical production.
• Understanding of cGMP regulations.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience is not required.
