Senior Specialist - Sales Technology Engineer (Salesforce)

Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines; hybrid work with at least 2 office days per week

What you will do

• Own the configuration, optimization, and integration of the go-to-market technology stack.
• Build and maintain integrations between sales tools and Salesforce using native connectors and workflow automation.
• Partner with revenue stakeholders to identify technology gaps, prioritize needs, and deliver solutions.
• Evaluate new tools and platforms and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to use AI-powered capabilities to improve efficiency across the technology stack.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience administering and managing sales technology tools in a commercial or revenue operations environment.
• Hands-on experience with at least two go-to-market platforms, including Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, or ZoomInfo.
• Technical working knowledge of Salesforce, including platform structure, data flows, and tool connectivity.
• Experience building or managing integrations in a complex technology environment.
• Strong problem-solving, resolution ownership, and technical documentation skills.
• Availability for a mid-shift schedule and twice-weekly office work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workato, Informatica, or Power Automate.
• Experience building reports and dashboards in business intelligence tools.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
