ServiceNow Technical Developer (AI): Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and SPM in an enterprise technology environment with an accent on Discovery, cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity. Location: Eton Cyberpod 2, Quezon City, Philippines. The work model prioritizes in-person collaboration.

What you will do
- Design and implement technical solutions in ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, and SPM.
- Work with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and apply IT service management principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Support account delivery, account management, and customer satisfaction.
- Apply technical knowledge of cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of relevant ServiceNow experience, including at least 6 years in a similar technical architecture role.
- Expert-level ServiceNow IT Operations Management certification in Discovery.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and practices.
- Technical skills in cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and account delivery skills.
