What you will do

• Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems for implementation projects.
• Consult with clients to analyze operational needs and understand business objectives.
• Research, isolate, diagnose, resolve, and follow up on customer change events.
• Perform post-sale technical implementation of technology products.
• Communicate project progress to customers and stakeholders.
• Track implementation projects, meet deadlines, and resolve scheduling issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience, an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work under moderate supervision with some independent judgment.

Nice to have

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience applying, testing, and reconfiguring data rules to produce desired results.
• A balanced mix of facilitation, leadership, and hands-on execution skills.
