HubSpot Functional Consultant

Location: Work from home in the Philippines; schedule is 9:00 AM–6:00 PM AEST (QLD), equivalent to 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PHT.

What you will do

• Audit existing HubSpot accounts to identify improvements, optimization opportunities, and implementation requirements.
• Prepare Statements of Work covering project scope, deliverables, timelines, and implementation strategies.
• Lead recurring stakeholder meetings, gather requirements, address concerns, and monitor project progress.
• Configure and implement HubSpot CRM solutions, including pipelines, workflows, dashboards, forms, email automation, and integrations.
• Coordinate implementation tasks across team members, monitor delivery quality, and maintain project documentation.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues, recommend process improvements, and stay current with HubSpot updates and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HubSpot implementation, CRM administration, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM configuration, automation, system optimization, reporting, dashboards, and data management.
• Experience managing multiple CRM implementation projects and coordinating tasks across team members.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent English communication skills are required for client meetings and presentations.
• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
