Pricing Manager (Derivatives)

Location: Chicago, 20 S. Wacker

Salary: $108,700–$181,100 per year, plus an annual target bonus opportunity and equity program.

What you will do

• Develop and execute pricing strategies, growth incentives, and market-making programs across derivatives markets.
• Analyze market and client activity to evaluate liquidity, market structure trends, pricing actions, and business opportunities.
• Lead the rollout, administration, measurement, and performance reporting of incentive programs.
• Build and maintain analytical tools, pricing models, dashboards, and revenue analyses.
• Coordinate operational approvals and program management with Product Management, Technology, Clearing, Legal, Market Regulation, and Finance.
• Mentor junior team members and summarize competitive, regulatory, technology, and execution-model developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 6–8 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, derivatives, trading, or competitive market analysis.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills, including experience with complex datasets, statistical tools, and database queries.
• Experience with Python, R, and SQL is highly desirable.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
