Key Account Manager - E-tail France (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Manage the performance and strategic development of key e-tail accounts in the French online channel.
• Develop quarterly and yearly customer plans covering revenue, profitability, forecasting, product availability, and digital marketing.
• Build senior-level customer partnerships and identify business development and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate country campaigns, new product introductions, product categories, and online execution with internal sales and marketing stakeholders.
• Manage investments, monitor ROI and supply-chain KPIs, and track campaign performance.
• Support business planning, forecasting processes, and brand representation.

Requirements

• Extensive account management experience, ideally in consumer electronics, IT, or FMCG.
• Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce markets and online sales processes.
• Strong analytical, structured, solution-oriented, financial, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with marketing tools, Microsoft Office especially Excel, Google Workspace, and relevant performance marketing tools.
• Ability to drive and coordinate projects and manage relationships with key partners.
• Native French and proficient written and spoken English are required.
