What you will do

• Provide analytical and technical support for logistics sourcing bids using bid software, Microsoft Office tools, transportation management systems, and reporting platforms.
• Develop historic spend baselines and complex strategic sourcing scenarios.
• Present data, recommendations, and sourcing solutions to customers.
• Analyze cost, service, capacity, freight spend, and logistics market-rate benchmarks.
• Provide ad hoc reporting, technical user support, and training during sourcing events.
• Recommend enhancements to bid software providers and follow applicable policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Supply Chain.
• 2–5 years of experience in sourcing, transportation, logistics, or supply chain.
• Ability to read, write, interpret information, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to sit, walk, or stand for the duration of the shift and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Experience with sourcing tools and related analytical processes.
