Account Manager/CSR (Insurance)

What you will do

• Set up new and renewal client records.
• Bind and issue new and renewal insurance policies.
• Follow up on missing documentation, including loss runs and applications.
• Review applications and process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and non-renewals.
• Order loss control reports and follow up on recommendation compliance.
• Maintain compliance with quality-control guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional telephone demeanor and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Obtain a 2-20 license within 90 days of employment.
