What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for temporary staff, consultants, senior advisors, interns, and permanent employees across EMEA and Japan.
• Develop staffing strategies with hiring managers and HR Business Partners using ATS systems, job boards, web searches, networking, and specialist recruitment sources.
• Source, screen, interview, assess, and recommend candidates; conduct reference and background checks and prepare, negotiate, and close employment offers.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the interview process and maintain diverse candidate pipelines.
• Oversee visa documentation and compliance with Home Office requirements for visa holders.
• Support reporting, recruitment policy updates, compliance audits, onboarding, and hiring process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or a related field.
• At least 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across junior to managerial roles.
• Experience sourcing hard-to-fill candidates through LinkedIn, databases, and AI-powered recruitment tools.
• Proficiency with ATS systems, job boards, internet sourcing tools, and AI-powered recruitment platforms.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, selection techniques, analytical planning, execution, and problem-solving.
• Experience across UK and EMEA jurisdictions is highly desirable; financial services experience is a plus.
