Principal Eng Process Engineering (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Own, develop, maintain, and improve UMD diffusion process formulations, methods, equipment integration, and process controls.
• Analyze technical data, process charts, and performance metrics to improve product quality, yield, reliability, cost, and manufacturing performance.
• Establish and maintain SOPs, Control Plans, and FMEAs for UMD processes.
• Lead process characterization, optimization, qualification, troubleshooting, and defect reduction activities.
• Drive continuous improvement plans targeting process performance, yield, cycle time, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
• Support technology introductions, process transfers, equipment installations, manufacturing readiness, and cross-functional technical projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process development, process integration, equipment qualification, yield improvement, and technology transfer.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional technical projects.
• Familiarity with statistical software, SPC systems, and advanced data analytics tools.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, technicians, and supporting team members.
