Hardware Operations Intern (AI)

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to San Jose, CA

What you will do

• Operate and maintain hardware test stations 24/7.
• Assemble, rework, and cable racks for hardware testing.
• Manage inventory and day-to-day lab operations.
• Transform raw silicon components into functional systems.
• Collaborate with engineers to support hardware development cycles.

Requirements

• Must be available to work fully in-person in San Jose, CA.
• Extreme attention to detail and comfort with hands-on work.
• Interest in both software and hardware systems.
• Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Availability for evening or weekend shifts is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with software, mechanical engineering, or thermal systems.
• Understanding of accelerator hardware or datacenter environments.
• Prior experience building or owning hardware testing systems.
