Commercial Contract Manager (ICT)

What you will do

• Lead commercial and contract negotiations for new business, contract variations, Statements of Work, and supplier agreements.
• Advise account teams on commercial, contractual, governance, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, approval, and administration.
• Resolve customer and supplier contractual issues and disputes as the primary escalation point.
• Monitor obligations, deliverables, risks, change controls, and contract performance.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks, manage supplier relationships, and maximize contract value.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial contract management, business management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong expertise in ICT, outsourcing services, commercial management, financial management, and risk management.
• Significant experience drafting, negotiating, and managing complex customer and supplier agreements.
• Experience leading complex negotiations, resolving disputes, and delivering savings, margin improvements, or risk mitigation.
• Ability to influence customers, suppliers, and senior stakeholders in complex and high-pressure environments.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Law, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience; ability to obtain and maintain relevant government security clearances.
