What you will do

• Manage and oversee disputes, arbitration, and litigation matters.
• Coordinate with external counsel and develop litigation strategies.
• Advise on customer and contractual disputes, complaints, and information requests.
• Provide commercial legal advice and review agreements.
• Support regulatory compliance and advise on internal policies and terms of use.

Requirements

• Admitted as a lawyer to practise in Australia.
• 6+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong commercial litigation and regulatory experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house team.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to explain technical legal information to non-legal audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and project management skills.
