Electronics Design / Sustaining Engineer

What you will do

• Partner with external vendors on engineering validation and turnkey manufacturing solutions.
• Design, sustain, and troubleshoot PCBs, power supplies, and electronic test fixtures.
• Perform failure analysis and root-cause investigations for analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronics.
• Debug PCBAs and electronic subsystems using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DMMs, and other laboratory equipment.
• Execute corrective actions, ECOs, and manufacturability improvements as part of sustaining engineering.
• Collaborate with systems, software, manufacturing, service, and supply chain teams while maintaining engineering documentation and reporting technical risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in electronics design, sustaining engineering, or board-level support.
• Hands-on experience debugging PCBAs and electronic subsystems.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
