Field Operator (Staffing Operations)

Location: Kansas City, Missouri, United States; on-site

Salary: $26–$28 per hour, plus performance-based incentives tied to worker onboarding and successful placements.

What you will do

• Recruit, screen, schedule, and convert applicants into placement-ready workers.
• Manage worker relationships from recruitment through placement, providing updates, feedback, and support.
• Build relationships with workforce centers, community organizations, and local partners.
• Lead worker vetting, drug testing, onboarding, and large group onboarding sessions.
• Coordinate interviews and start schedules across customer sites, and distribute PPE.
• Provide on-site support for new starts, escalations, and peak coverage while reporting market and funnel issues to headquarters.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments such as staffing, manufacturing, warehousing, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination.
• Strong recruiting, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Comfort running large group onboarding sessions and presenting to workers.
• Professional, organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Ability to work in fast-paced warehouse and field environments across the Kansas City market.

• Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
