Field Operator

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA, United States; hybrid work with on-site presence at customer facilities as needed

What you will do

• Build relationships with workforce centers, community organizations, and local partners to grow the worker pipeline.
• Manage worker vetting, drug testing, onboarding, and large group onboarding sessions.
• Source, screen, schedule, and convert applicants into placement-ready workers.
• Coordinate interviews and start schedules across multiple customer sites.
• Distribute and manage PPE and provide on-site support for new starts, escalations, and peak coverage.
• Report market trends, funnel issues, and coverage risks to headquarters.

Requirements

• English and Spanish bilingual communication required.
• 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments such as staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination.
• Strong recruiting, sourcing, screening, and candidate-conversion skills.
• Experience or confidence with group onboarding sessions and presentations.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced warehouse and field environments and adapt to changing locations and priorities.
