ICT Administrator (Windows/Networking): Supporting and enhancing critical defence ICT infrastructure across Windows, Linux, networking, security and domain environments with an accent on accreditation, patching, segmentation and operational continuity. Focus on implementing technical solutions, managing system documentation and risk, supporting deployed elements, and maintaining secure and reliable networks.

What you will do
- Manage major updates to CMTN documentation in line with accreditation and certification authority requirements.
- Assess risks and implement hardware, software, segmentation and cross-domain solution updates across CMTN domain segments.
- Provide expertise on Information Security Manual requirements, accreditation, certification and risk management in home and deployed environments.
- Manage monthly infrastructure patching, firewall and network segmentation updates, and system-log transfers for security monitoring.
- Engage users, assess requirements and risks, and develop architectural recommendations for capability managers.
- Deliver pre-deployment training and rotating reach-back support for deployed CMTN elements.
Requirements
- Active NV1 Defence Security Clearance or higher is required.
- At least four years of experience in a similar ICT role.
- Relevant ICT qualifications in network administration.
- Expertise in JIRA administration and experience with VMware, NetApp storage and SQL Server.
- Strong Windows, Windows Server and Linux administration skills, with problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, engage stakeholders and comply with applicable defence and ITAR requirements.
