About the Role

You will plan and coordinate software releases with engineering teams. You will lead projects that improve release management testing monitoring and incident processes, collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, define performance metrics, and improve firmware release reliability quality and speed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in a technical environment
• Experience with reliability release management DevOps testing monitoring or incident management is a plus
• Understanding of software development from planning through release and monitoring
• Payments industry or payment terminal knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Ability to scope projects and processes under uncertainty
• Strong English communication stakeholder management and project management skills
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with complex technical subjects
