About the Role

You will manage full-funnel payment performance and use data-driven insights to improve merchant payment ecosystems. You will analyze portfolios, lead customer discussions, recommend improvements across risk fraud conversion and cost, build analytical tools, support product adoption, and mentor colleagues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in risk and fraud payments performance data analytics technical account roles or a similar fintech role
• Strong understanding of regional payments landscapes card network rules regulations and risk considerations
• Stakeholder management experience across customers and cross-functional teams
• Ability to prioritize and execute independently
• Strong data analysis skills with complex datasets
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial teams to strengthen merchant adoption using payment insights
• Lead customer discussions and provide payment optimization expertise
• Analyze merchant portfolios and payment data for optimization opportunities
• Run playbooks that improve performance and manage risk
• Support adoption of payment products with Product teams
• Build dashboards tools and scalable analytical solutions
• Work across global customers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Support operations and mentor team members
