Junior Engineer (Data & AI)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; temporary assignments abroad may include France, Belgium, or Luxembourg.

What you will do

• Contribute to client transformation projects as an engineer consultant.
• Structure data intelligently, perform analysis, and develop benchmarks.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops.
• Map processes and prepare functional specifications.
• Take on team support responsibilities and contribute to knowledge sharing through workshops, publications, and seminars.
• Participate in temporary international assignments when required.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, autonomous, and results-oriented skills.
• Strong interest in energy, data, and AI-related topics, with the ability to build expertise quickly.
• Dutch and English language skills required.
• Work permit sponsorship is not available.
