TL;DR
Data Analyst (E-commerce) (SQL/Python): Leading end-to-end analysis, experimentation, and dashboard development to support product and business decisions with an accent on user behavior, business performance, and data visualization. Location: Warsaw or Rzeszow, Poland, with hybrid, office-based, or remote work options.

What you will do
- Lead analytical topics end to end, from defining business problems to delivering actionable recommendations.
- Design and support experiments by defining hypotheses, success metrics, and interpreting results.
- Analyze business performance and user behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and analytical models.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business and product ideas into measurable changes.
- Define, monitor, and improve key metrics while ensuring data quality and automating reporting where appropriate.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role.
- Confident SQL skills and experience working with analytical datasets.
- Python experience for data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Understanding of statistics, experimentation techniques, and business-oriented analytical thinking.
- Ability to lead analytical topics independently and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience influencing product or business decisions through data.
- Knowledge of e-commerce metrics such as conversion, AOV, churn, and CAC/LTV.
- Experience mentoring junior analysts or reviewing analytical work.
- Familiarity with modern data stacks or analytics engineering concepts.
