What you will do

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards within the ADP Lyric HCM system.
• Assist in migrating the reporting catalog from Oracle HCM to ADP Lyric.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify data and analytics opportunities to drive decision-making.
• Generate and automate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Design visually appealing dashboards using SQL and present complex data to stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of change initiatives and various HR projects.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's program for the full duration of the internship.
• Academic background preferably in Data Science or Business Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
