HR Data Analytics Intern (SQL)

What you will do

• Support the HRIS team with reporting and analytics requirements.
• Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and KPI reporting in ADP Lyric HCM, Oracle HCM, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Help migrate the reporting catalog from Oracle HCM to ADP Lyric.
• Automate reporting processes and improve the delivery of HR data.
• Collaborate with departments to identify how data can support decision-making.
• Support HR projects, change initiatives, testing, and stakeholder requests through ManageEngine.

Requirements

• Enrollment in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's program for the entire six-month internship, preferably in Data Science or Business Analytics.
• Strong data analysis skills, especially SQL, plus experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced international environment.
