Network Support (Networking): Installing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting computer networks in a complex multi-vendor environment with an accent on switching, routing, WAN, network security, and customer support. Focus on resolving outages, implementing corrective and emergency changes, maintaining network performance, and applying technologies such as BGP, Cisco ACI, firewalls, load balancers, NSX, and Ansible.

What you will do
- Install, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot computer networks in a complex multi-vendor environment.
- Plan and execute routine network changes, including configuration updates and emergency corrective actions.
- Investigate and resolve network issues, outages, and performance problems.
- Maintain network components and security policies while supporting network-related user issues.
- Collaborate with customers, project managers, and service engineers and participate in change reviews.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of networking experience.
- Proven knowledge of troubleshooting, switching, and routing.
- Minimum CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge.
- Experience with network security and WAN.
- Working knowledge of ITIL.
Nice to have
- Experience with BGP, Cisco ACI-based SDN, Check Point or Cisco Firepower firewalls, F5 load balancers, and NSX.
- Experience with Ansible automation.
