Operations Engineer III (CIAM): Designing, implementing, and supporting secure, scalable customer identity solutions for B2B and B2C users with an accent on authentication flows, application integration, and compliant access. Focus on configuring Entra ID and B2C user journeys, onboarding applications, troubleshooting identity issues, and driving customer identity modernization.

What you will do
- Design and deliver CIAM solutions for external B2B and B2C users.
- Implement SSO, OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML authentication flows.
- Integrate identity services into web and mobile applications.
- Configure Entra ID and B2C/External ID user journeys, policies, and identity providers.
- Support application onboarding and troubleshoot identity issues.
- Drive customer onboarding and identity modernization projects while ensuring security, compliance, and audit readiness.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and B2C/External ID.
- Strong understanding of authentication and API security.
- Background in B2B/B2C identity solutions and CIAM/IAM environments.
- Familiarity with IGA, PAM, and identity lifecycle concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced English, written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated environments such as SOX or GxP.
- Exposure to DevSecOps, cloud, or microservices.
- Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python.
