Windows Server Administrator

What you will do

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Perform operating system installations, upgrades, patching, security updates, and lifecycle management.
• Manage VMware virtualized environments, including provisioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Harden servers and remediate vulnerabilities according to organizational security standards.
• Troubleshoot complex Windows platform and infrastructure incidents.
• Maintain Active Directory, develop PowerShell automation, and monitor performance, availability, and security compliance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience administering Windows Server environments.
• At least 2 years of experience administering VMware environments.
• Experience with patch management, security updates, server hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Active Directory.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows-based platforms and services in enterprise environments.
• Intermediate English communication skills or higher.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of vulnerability management tools and remediation processes.
• Microsoft, VMware, or security certifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
