What you will do

• Ensure slot machines and gaming systems conform to design specifications and quality expectations.
• Partner with operations, hardware engineering, supply chain, compliance, supplier quality, and field quality teams.
• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor manufacturing and testing processes, analyze production quality data, and lead product and process improvements.
• Support New Product Introduction and hardware design validation.
• Maintain compliance with gaming regulations, support audits, and apply Lean principles to improve product reliability.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, a related field, or comparable experience.
• More than 7 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality Engineering.
• Knowledge of workmanship standards, inspection techniques, process controls, and quality systems.
• Experience with electronic systems involving power, lighting, audio, touch technology, and visual displays.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, ISO standards, and CAD applications such as SolidWorks or Altium.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and specifications.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
