Salary: $182,000–$346,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide direction, project management, and oversight for global engineering programs.
• Coordinate facility and utility projects to meet engineering standards, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
• Lead capital and facilities planning processes, including long-range facility and space master planning.
• Oversee hirify.global-wide capital planning for major facilities, utilities, and equipment investments above $5 million.
• Manage engineering systems, best practices, project execution methodologies, and performance metrics.
• Develop resource plans and manage relationships with architectural, engineering, construction management, consulting, and contractor firms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture.
• 10–15 years of experience as a manager in project engineering.
• Experience with capital planning, facility and utility projects, and engineering project execution.
• Ability to manage an approximately $400 million engineering capital plan and departmental payroll, expense, and contractor budgets.

Nice to have
