Senior Manager, Change Management & Enablement

Salary: $124,500–$236,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead Finance Transformation initiatives focused on culture, mindset, and behavior change.
• Design and execute integrated change strategies covering communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and reinforcement.
• Drive adoption of new processes and operating models across people, process, and technology.
• Partner with senior leaders and project teams to build sponsorship, alignment, and accountability.
• Measure adoption, behavior change, and culture outcomes and refine strategies using data.
• Coach managers and teams to lead and sustain transformation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading organizational change, culture transformation, or process adoption initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive behavior change in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to influence culture, alignment, and decision-making.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies such as PROSCI and ACMP.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, organizational development, education, or a related field.
