Fabrication Support (Painter) - 3rd Shift

Location: Appleton, Wisconsin, United States of America. On-site, third shift; must be able to stand for up to 12 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work overtime of 10–12 hours when needed.

What you will do

• Set up and operate powder paint booths and paint systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, troubleshooting, and repairs on painting equipment.
• Inspect product finishes and complete quality checks against company and customer requirements.
• Load and unload parts, package products, and install PEM nuts and weld nuts.
• Move materials and support production flow across the Paint Department.
• Cross-train in painting and fabrication-related activities, with potential participation in the Internal Fabrication Training Program.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate and troubleshoot equipment.
• Reliable, self-motivated, safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Basic computer skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage production schedules.
• Willingness to cross-train and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work overtime when needed.
