What you will do

• Act as Scrum Master for a multi-pod Agile team, coordinating Scrum ceremonies, escalations, Jira standards, and documentation.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal BTS stakeholders and support communication between business units and IT.
• Implement and maintain delivery tools, including reporting dashboards, documentation systems, and code-quality tools.
• Analyze business processes, elicit and document requirements, evaluate alternative solutions, and recommend appropriate information systems.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements, perform data and process modeling, and manage change.
• Lead or coordinate testing, verification, and validation while ensuring solutions fit business needs and comply with applicable policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience, master’s degree with 5 years, or PhD with 0 years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master in an AI-enabled infrastructure automation environment.
• Experience reporting business outcomes alongside project delivery roadmaps, covering both results and future projections.
• Experience working with Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to standardize reporting cadences and documentation.
• Experience driving change across multiple Scrum teams or pods and delivering useful tools for internal delivery teams.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of experience as a Scrum Master in an AI-enabled infrastructure automation environment.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, pharmaceutical practices, and hirify.global-specific practices.
• Experience delivering working software using AI coding techniques.
