Business Analyst (AI Legal Tech)

Location: Remote - USA

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Create requirements documents and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Support implementation design, requirements gathering, UAT testing, issue resolution, and change requests.
• Design scalable solutions aligned with the platform and support integrations, data migrations, and system configurations.
• Lead discovery sessions, advise client stakeholders, and identify process optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Project Management, Client Success, implementation managers, and customers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Validate solutions, troubleshoot issues, improve documentation, and contribute to knowledge sharing and product evolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, professional services, consulting, or a related environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Ability to understand business requirements, translate them into solutions, and work with teams across geographies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience in customer-facing roles.
• General understanding of programming fundamentals and strong Microsoft Office Suite and documentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize across several projects.
