General Ledger and Financial Reporting Accountant (CPA) (Manufacturing)

Location: Biñan City, Laguna, CALABARZON, Philippines; hybrid work arrangement with a dayshift schedule

What you will do

• Maintain the secondary ledger for local statutory reporting and prepare segregated financial statements for registered PEZA activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit adjustments, reports, and supporting schedules.
• Support accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and trial balance reviews.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations using the ARCS tool and perform financial statement and fluctuation analysis.
• Assist with PEZA project registrations and participate in finance, process improvement, and accounting systems projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• At least 5 years of accounting and/or auditing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle or SAP.
• Knowledge of PFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Strong communication, teamwork, project management, prioritization, and continuous improvement skills.
• Open to working in Biñan City, Laguna, Philippines, in a hybrid arrangement and dayshift schedule.
