General Ledger and Financial Reporting Accountant (CPA), Site Accounting (Manufacturing)

Location: Biñan City, Laguna, CALABARZON, Philippines; hybrid work arrangement and dayshift schedule.

What you will do

• Maintain the secondary ledger for local statutory reporting and prepare segregated financial statements required by PEZA.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit adjustments, reports, and supporting schedules.
• Prepare journal entries under accounting standards, IFRS, and US GAAP.
• Review trial balances and preliminary P&L statements for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations using the ARCS tool and prepare fluctuation analyses and financial statement analytics.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, PEZA registrations, finance projects, and accounting or system process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required.
• At least 5 years of accounting and/or auditing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle or SAP is required.
• Knowledge of PFRS and/or US GAAP, plus experience with cross-functional or finance projects.
• Open to employment in Biñan City, Philippines and to a hybrid, dayshift work arrangement.
