Plant Operator (Dry Ice)

What you will do

• Load, weigh, and package dry ice blocks, pellets, and slices according to customer orders.
• Inspect finished products for correct weight, density, and packaging integrity.
• Operate production machinery, forklifts, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Record production volumes, shipping manifests, and inventory usage accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility that supports safe operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; GED preferred.
• Ability to perform calculations involving whole numbers, fractions, decimals, rates, ratios, proportions, and percentages.
• Good physical condition with the ability to routinely lift and manipulate dry ice blocks weighing 5–60 pounds.
• Ability to stand, stoop, crouch, and bend during production work.
• Ability to work onsite in Cheyenne, WY, including required shift work from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Ability to work safely in an unconditioned, noisy environment with elevated CO2 vapor and use required personal protective equipment.

Nice to have

• One year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
