Night and Weekend Builder

Location: Eleanor, West Virginia, United States; onsite night and weekend shifts

What you will do

• Install HVAC systems, windows, doors, and other structural building components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and bills of materials for accurate assembly and installation.
• Complete documentation and verify materials and components are prepared for shipment.
• Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and man lifts.
• Load, unload, and move materials while maintaining an organized work environment.
• Adapt to changing priorities and production schedules while maintaining quality and safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Background in construction or a related field, with assembly and installation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use construction tools.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including extended standing and walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and moving heavy materials.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs occasionally, 30 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs consistently.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and to communicate, hear, and visually assess work for quality and safety.
