Utility Technician (MedTech)

Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas, United States; onsite facility-based role

What you will do

• Provide technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair support for facility equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment availability and reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair boilers, plumbing, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, and related utility systems.
• Monitor and maintain water chemical treatment systems.
• Follow plant safety programs, including Arc Flash, Lockout/Tagout, electrical safety, and ladder safety.
• Work overtime when required and support production schedules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; a related technical certificate or associate degree is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, or facility maintenance.
• Electrical and electronic knowledge, strong mechanical skills, and maintenance repair experience.
• Skills in boiler equipment, plumbing, welding, minor carpentry, and HVAC are preferred.
• Ability to work with limited supervision, communicate effectively, document work, use computers, and perform under stressful conditions.
• Must be able to complete training and obtain an Arkansas State Boiler license; must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.

Nice to have

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience operating a forklift, walkie rider, or Skyjack.
