Associate Manager, Provider Operations (Healthcare)

Location: Remote for candidates residing in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas; occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events.

Salary: $64,832–$85,092 per year, plus annual performance bonuses and employee benefits.

What you will do

• Coach, develop, motivate, and manage a team supporting provider operations.
• Evaluate departmental performance through data, metrics, and reporting.
• Maintain and communicate team KPI reporting across monthly and quarterly cycles.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and create action plans for systemic issues.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on implementation, communications, change management, and risk mitigation.
• Manage hiring, performance management, employee development, and related HR administration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in operations supporting production teams.
• At least 1 year of experience using data for decision-making and continuous improvement.
• 3+ years of provider data experience within a health insurance company, with prior healthcare or insurance experience.
• Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, JIRA, and/or SQL.
• Must reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Periscope.
• Experience supporting cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Operational Excellence certification, such as Lean Six Sigma.
