Location: Hwaseong, South Korea; onsite customer and clean-room work required

What you will do
- Install, maintain, and upgrade customer semiconductor equipment alongside Senior Field Service Engineers.
- Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
- Communicate directly with customers and coordinate service activities.
- Work in clean-room environments and follow safety, environmental, and site requirements.
Requirements
- Associate degree, military technical training, field service experience, or trade certification.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer or field service support, or a related technical field; 2–4 years is preferred.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics and resolve basic technical issues.
- Basic mechanical aptitude in pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics.
- Familiarity with hand tools and digital multimeters, plus basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge.
- Valid driver’s license, ability to obtain a passport if travel is required, and ability to meet on-site physical and safety requirements.
