TL;DR
Production Technician (OLED Manufacturing): Operating and documenting OLED material production processes in an advanced electronics manufacturing environment with an accent on process control, equipment performance, chemical safety, and cleanroom operations. Focus on setting up processes, supporting equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, and maintaining production requirements through shift-based onsite work.
Location: Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea; onsite work in cleanroom and external production areas; shift and weekend work required

What you will do
- Operate OLED production processes according to established procedures and process control plans.
- Perform production documentation and maintain the required product quality level.
- Set up processes, support basic equipment maintenance, and participate in troubleshooting.
- Monitor equipment and facilities to ensure performance and capacity meet production requirements.
- Coordinate with the facilities team on preventive maintenance schedules and execution.
- Maintain cleanliness in production areas and handle specific chemicals safely.
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher.
- Ability to use Excel, Word, WebMOC, and WebEDMS.
- Ability to work in cleanroom and non-cleanroom field environments.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production procedures, and EHS procedures.
- Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Availability for shift work and weekend work is required.

- Experience in a chemical plant or manufacturing plant.
